The Titan 6060: An aerospace company plans to use our largest model to blast components for space missions.

When we began the redesign process for the Titan Blast Cabinet, we knew we wanted to solve the problems associated with traditional blast cabinets: leaky doors, poor lighting, wimpy sheet metal legs, energy inefficiencies, etc.

Basically, all the annoying problems that detract from a positive, and high performance, blast experience.

Since its introduction in 2020, we’ve received tremendous feedback from customers on how the Titan Blast Cabinet has changed the way they blast.

Improve operator safety and energy efficiency

Titan’s LED Window Light — 6600 lumens bright!

Our blast cabinet line is comprised of five models of varying interior sizes, with our largest model, the 6060 pictured above, boasting a full 60” of width and depth and 50” of height versus the standard 38” of our other models.

One problem we solved with the Titan Blast Cabinet is poor lighting. Titan’s patented LED window frame light improves operator safety and energy efficiency – while providing an exceptionally bright work area.

And, each Titan Blast Cabinet comes as a complete system, which includes:

  • Our own Small Cartridge Dust Collector designed specifically for this blast cabinet
  • Adjustable Media Reclaim System
  • 3 cubic foot pressure vessel with 1 ¼” piping

Make 2024 the year you change the way you blast – for the better. View our line of blast cabinets to see why the Titan Blast Cabinet is the last one you’ll ever need to buy.
