A steel fabricator, NuWeld, Inc., creates piping for its gas company customers and relies on a custom Titan blast room to prep the material for painting – as well as to increase productivity.

The company can now produce piping in diameters up to 24 inches; more surface area means more blasting. The custom blast room features a 4’ wide crane slot with pneumatic powered door and a mechanical media reclaim system with 20’ cross auger.
