Titan Abrasive has worked directly with manufacturers since 2013, when I first purchased the company from my uncle. My goal then was to solve several of the challenges inherent in the distributor network – including long lead times and meeting quotas versus providing the best blast system.
Today, companies and organizations depend on our rugged equipment engineered for daily industrial blasting – including the U.S. Army, Navy, and Air Force, GE Aviation, Framatome, Bolt Construction, and Lockheed Martin. We don’t take these relationships for granted.

We design, engineer, and manufacture our entire product line at our facility in Pennsylvania and continually add features and improvements based on what we learn in the field. This means you’re assured of knowledgeable advice from people who know blasting.
Placing an order for a custom Titan blast room or blast cabinet is a whole lot easier, too, as you deal directly with us and our engineering department. The distributor network, on the other hand, involves too much time and confusion of back-and-forth email and calls between you, the distributor, and the manufacturer.
With too many people in the distributor-manufacturer communication chain, technical specifications and change requests become miscommunicated — a situation rife with the potential for costly error.

Working directly with Titan means knowledgeable advice, responsive customer service, and proven processes. It also means expert installation and training.
If you opt to have us install your blast room, our installers come to your facility and completely set up your blast room and components, including the control panel, media reclaim system, and dust collectors.
If you ever have an issue with your equipment, we’re available immediately by phone or text. If needed, we’ll send one of our service guys to your facility – but we usually resolve most issues by phone or email.
We have our own Parts Store
One of my goals, when I purchased Titan Abrasive, was to create an online parts store that was as easy to use as the big online retailer. Today, customers order Titan parts, blasting supplies, and even blast machines from the Titan Parts Store.
Except for the blast machines, which have a 3- to 5-day lead time, we keep an extensive inventory of parts and can ship immediately. The benefit to you: Significantly less downtime.
