Office Manager

Your primary responsibility will be working in QuickBooks Desktop; invoicing, purchasing, building assemblies, etc.  You’ll also provide job quote follow up, data entry for our CRM (PipeDrive), plus respond to the various day-to-day tasks of running a front office for a growing manufacturing business.

While our office is relatively small, you will be exposed to noise from our shop, shipping and receiving, and a ringing phone.

This position absolutely requires that you work onsite and that you have an extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop.

In this role, you’ll report directly to Brandon Acker, CEO.

This is an excellent position for someone who wants steady and interesting work with a small but growth-oriented company. No day will be exactly the same.

Experience & Education

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM)
  • High School Diploma
  • Front office experience or equivalent, including answering phones and customer service
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop
