TUNGSTEN CARBIDE
 

NPC-1:  For pipe from 3/4" I.D. to 2" I.D.  Includes reducer from 1-1/4" spt to 3/8" npt and a set of centering collars for 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" and 2" inside pipe diameters.  Requires 81 c.f.m. @ 100 p.s.i.g. (Image on right)

NPC-2:  For pipe form 1-14" I.D. to 3" I.D.  Attaches directly to the end of standard 1/2" I.D. blast hose.  This attachment provides flexibility to clean pipe and tubing with modest bends.  Includes centering collars for 1-1/2", 2" 2-1/2" and 3" inside pipe diameters.  Requires 350 c.f.m. @ 100 p.s.i.g.  NPC-3:  For pipe from 2" to 12" inside diameters.  From 2" to 5" diameters the nozzle is centered by means of centering pins of different lengths, from 5" to 12" an expandable scissors carriage is used.   Both centering devices are included.  Air requirement is 350 c.f.m. standard with 200 c.f.m. available as an option.

 

 

 NPC-4 SPIN BLASTER:   For pipe from 12" to 36" I.D.  This device spins two nozzles located at the front of the body sweeping a 360 degree circle.  Sealed bearings support the spinning head for long life.  The unit is complete with an adjustable carriage and two tungsten carbide nozzles.  Air requirement is 180, 300 or 450 c.f.m. @ 100 p.s.i.g. depending on nozzle orifice selected.
