LARGE CAPACITY STATIONARY & PORTABLE UNITS

For high production abrasive blasting, available in stationary and highway legal models, three standard sizes, custom models available.

 

STANDARD FEATURES

  • Heavy duty leaf spring trailers with electric brakes (highway models)

  • Large 12" x 16" manway located high on the side of tank to access tank interior even when half full

  • Large 11" filling closure with quick release camlock  

  • 2" I. D. air inlet with 1,200 c.f.m. moisture separator

  • 2" internal air pipe for rapid pressurization

  • 2" exhaust with silencer for rapid depressurization 

  • Full 1 1/4" solid piping for unrestricted air and abrasive flow
    Cleanout at bottom of tank

  • 2 ultrasafe pneumatic operation, normally closed remote control systems

  • A.S.M.E. coded tank 125 P.S.I.

  • Convenient rear access ladder reaches over top of tank to filler closure

  • Semi elliptical heads in tank for constant abrasive flow

  • Lifting eyes for moving tank

  • Shut off valves above abrasive regulator for servicing
