For separation of dense particles from plastic
media, stones, metallic items. Other heavier
blasting media mixed with plastic media will
damage light gauge structures, shatter glass,
and cause stress failure.
The high density particle separator removes
contaminants from the recycled plastic media.
For some applications, the standard plastic
media recovery system utilizing a cyclone
separator is acceptable. However, air craft
stripping, light gauge metal, aluminum,
fiberglass, and other fragile surfaces require
the high density particle separator.
In
addition to the standard plastic media reclaim
system with cyclone separator, this system
incorporates a removable plate magnetic
separator, rotary bin lock, three stage
vibratory screen separator, dense particle
separator with two stage aerated bed.
"Fluidizing" the material separates stones,
grit, etc. from the lighter plastic media. A
simple system designed for continuous trouble
free operation. Cleaned media is deposited
directly to blast machine, no need for
additional storage hoppers, reclaim systems,
etc. |
