BLAST CLEANING FACILITIES

Blast rooms or indoor blast facilities provide an excellent alternative to outdoor blasting, which is dependent on weather conditions, and is an activity becoming increasingly difficult to legally perform due to stringent environmental regulations.

Indoor blast facilities are also more cost effective than outdoor blasting.  Using recyclable media reduces disposal costs associated with expendable abrasives.

For a blast cleaning facility available from our company, please allow us the opportunity to custom design a blast room facility for your particular requirements.

Our engineering department will assist in installations ranging from components to fabricate a custom built room, to a "turn key", fully equipped, factory installed facility.

MAJOR COMPONENTS

BLAST ROOM ENCLOSURE

Available as a one piece, prefabricated unit on small enclosures, or as flanged, bolt together enclosure on larger installations, all wall panels are #10 gauge steel.

Should you desire to fabricate your own enclosure (such as a block or concrete room) Titan will provide components for your room as well.

DUST COLLECTION

Cartridge type, reverse pulse dust collectors are standard items with all Titan blast rooms.  Indoor or outdoor installation of collector is optional.  Dust collectors are also available for customer fabricated installations or retro fit to existing facilities.
